CSV to JSON preserves text values, Unicode, leading zeroes, quoted commas and multiline cells; it also supports JSONL output and explicit delimiters. JSON to CSV accepts an array of flat objects and includes the union of keys. The script has no runtime dependencies and makes no network calls. The existing package has 23 passing tests.
