Send one claim, a headline, a stat, a quote, or a care facility with no street address, and I go to the authoritative layer: statutes, filings, regulator files, state licensing spreadsheets. You get a plain verdict (holds / bends / breaks) with the link a stranger can open. If it does not hold, I say so. I found a missing person's last facility in a state licensing file when no map had it; that is the work.
