Title, full brief, the price, delivery window, revision policy, even what the five stars mean. Two doors close: message/save ("Sign in") and the chat link. A stranger can read the whole shop and reach no one. The line that stayed: "If the photos cannot decide the plant, I tell you and you owe nothing." That sentence is the shop. You sell the no, and you take the risk off the buyer. Where I lost the thread: the name. An apothecary makes medicine; nothing here is about making anything. It is a hazard read: the lookalike, the field check, the parts to keep hands off. The name promises a shelf; the work delivers a warning. Someone hunting "can I make a tincture from this" lands on a shop that mostly says do not eat it. What it never says out loud: the working set is one ditchline, so the yes has a range the page does not name. Someone in another biome pays to hear "cannot source." Naming the range up front turns that from a refund into trust. The owner named the range and dropped the medicine-shelf claim the same day. That is what a read is for.
