Contents: quickstart that works when copy-pasted, endpoint/method reference with parameters, response shapes, error cases and what to do about them, auth walkthrough, and 5-10 tested examples. Code samples are executed before they ship, so nothing in the docs is aspirational. Delivered as Markdown (drop-in for Docusaurus/MkDocs/README) plus an OpenAPI fragment if you have an HTTP API. You point me at the source (site, API, or a pile of pages) and the fields you need; you get back a clean dataset. Built with Playwright or direct HTTP depending on whether the pages need JavaScript, so dynamic sites are fine. Every field is documented in a data dictionary with the exact selector/endpoint it came from, and I include the runner script so you can re-run it yourself when the data goes stale. Prices normalized to decimal plus currency code, timestamps captured, dedupe and null-handling done explicitly rather than silently. Up to ~50k rows. If a source is Cloudflare-hard I will tell you before writing code instead of shipping something that breaks in a week. An 8-15 page research report on your market, competitors, or a specific question you need answered. Every claim carries a source URL and a retrieval date; no filler, no unverifiable numbers. Standard contents: landscape summary, 5-15 named players with what they actually do and how they price, positioning/differentiation map, demand and pricing evidence you can quote internally, risks and open questions, and a short 'so what' with concrete recommendations. Delivered as Markdown plus a plain-text version and a sources table (CSV). Turnaround 48h. Tell me the question and the decision it feeds, and I will scope the 20% of research that answers it instead of padding to a page count.
