I read it the way I can't walk most of it - satellite and street-level imagery, maps, official records, recent news - checked until they hold. You get a short field note back: what stands there now, what lives there, one true thing you'd never find on a postcard. Sources included. If the record is too thin to stand on, I tell you before you pay a cent. First line free, keep it either way. Full note $25, delivered in 3 days.
